What: VIPs and program participants; sign-up booths; convention set-up; expensive or high-interest displays; kiosks; award presentations and dinners; programming activities and special events; convention floor – booth documentation for clients and bird’s-eye view of convention floor;
When: Day or evening events, 7 days a week, including holidays;
Where: Indiana Convention Center, Indianapolis, Indiana;
Why: Annual reports; Board of Directors; company websites; promotional materials; newsletters; call-to-action to build excitement for future events; and souvenir pictures; and
How: Moriarty Media takes the worry out of event documentation. You give us your shot sheet, and our professionals make sure that you have everything you need to share the highlights of your event with Board members, clients, sponsors, and staff.
Basic Services
Basic Event Package Includes Both Photographic and Video Documentation Coverage
- set rates for full or half day of shooting; hourly rate for time in excess of that reserved
- one professional photographer and one professional videographer with professional equipment
- digital assets on CD-ROM and/or DVD-ROM based on client’s shot sheet
- photographic images in RAW or negative file format; video digitized and provided on DVD in preferred format
- post-production time equal to that spent on location; limited Photoshop (cropping, re-sizing, color correction) and video editing to ensure comprehensive documentation
- unlimited noncommercial use of all images and footage, ownership of which remains that of the individual photographer or videographer for similarly noncommercial purposes
A la Carte Services
Photographic Documentation
- Professional event photographer with camera and lighting equipment
- set rates for full or half day of work; hourly rate for time in excess of that reserved
- CD-ROM disc of images in RAW or negative file format
- post-production time equal to that spent on location; limited Photoshop (cropping, re-sizing, color correction)
- ownership and usage rights same as Basic Package (see above)
Video Documentation – one-camera shoot (multi-camera shoots priced separately)
- Professional event videographer with video, audio and lighting equipment
- set rates for full or half day of work; hourly rate for time in excess of that reserved
- DVD of video with limited editing on DVD in preferred format
- post-production time equal to that spent on location; limited video editing
- ownership and usage rights same as Basic Package (see above)
Additional Services not included in Basic Package
- Custom Photoshop (extensive retouching, graphic design, etc.)
- Custom Video Editing (edited final product with audio/voice-over, music, motion graphics, slates, lower thirds, etc.)
